Take your photography to the next level! In this class for beginners, you will learn the basics of digital wildlife photography and ways to apply manual setting adjustments in the field. We will explore important terminology and troubleshooting techniques so that you can capture images with your own artistic style.

At the end of the class, you will be able to capture pictures of wildlife using manual settings. The skills learned in this class are general to digital photography and can be applied to DSLR or mirrorless cameras. This class meets at the Morris Arboretum Visitor Center for a period of indoor learning before heading outside for some learning in the field. Bring your camera and a lunch, and wear closed-toe shoes that are good for walking.

Instructor Troy Bynum is a naturalist and wildlife photographer located in the Philadelphia area. Learn more on Troy’s photography page, TB Wildlife Photography on Facebook and Instagram.
